Living an adventure…
| In the nine short years we shared before she died at age 52, Barbara and I pursued a mutual passion for outdoor activities that included fishing, hunting, hiking, and wilderness camping. She reawakened my dormant interest in outdoor photography, and we traveled to some of the most stunning locations in the United States and Canada to photograph wildlife and wilderness landscapes. Our life together became an adventure. We built a house in the backwoods of New York State’s Southern Tier in order to live that adventure on a daily basis, and many of our images were taken there. |

Two of our favorite places were the Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks in Wyoming because of the spectacular scenery and abundant wildlife photo opportunities. I still travel to Wyoming as often as I can and each trip has proven to be more successful than the last. Late Spring is the best time to see baby animals and beautiful wildflowers. Fall features magnificent antlers highlighted by bright autumn foliage.
For me, the adventure continues. The passion to photograph God’s myriad creations now burns stronger than ever. Thank you, Babs.
